Delivery Policy

South Africa 

We are partnered with The Courier Guy and deliver nationwide in South Africa.

Delivery is free when you spend R1500 and above, otherwise the delivery fee is a flat R100.

Once your order is dispatched a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.

Your order may be dispatched from Johannesburg or Durban, depending upon the availability of product inventory. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday and no orders are dispatched over the weekend.

 The COMPLETE address and contact details of the person who will be available to receive the order must be provided on checkout. Taraasa is not responsible for items dispatched to the wrong address because of incorrect details provided at check out.

Please note: PO BOX addresses are not accepted.  

You will be required to give The Courier Guy a pin that will be sent to you via email or sms.

Standard delivery to main centres

2-4 business days

Standard delivery to outlying areas

2-5 business days

Note: Your shipment could be delayed due to adverse weather conditions, during festive seasons, or if your order needs to be couriered to an outlying area. These circumstances are beyond our control and we thank you for your understanding.
