Kindly note that all Taraasa's jewellery is handmade and slight variations may occur, especially with our semi-precious stones and pearls. We take extreme care in quality assessing all jewellery before packaging and dispatching orders to prevent any damage during shipping.

In order to maintain strict levels of quality and hygiene, all sales are final sales and no returns, exchanges and refunds will be accepted, unless your order is damaged/lost in transit or if you are sent the incorrect product.

In the rare event that your order is received damaged you must notify us within 24hours via email or on our whatsapp line with a picture, video of the damaged product and description of the damage. Upon receiving your details, our team will inspect the jewellery to confirm the damage and will respond with a confirmation of return. All jewellery must be returned in the original packaging and must be unworn. We can offer to fix items which may have been damaged in transit, however there is no guarantee.
